he highlight of The Vermont Inn is the fabulous gourmet cuisine. For 3 consecutive years we have received first place in the Killington/Korbel Champagne Dine Around Contest. Everything is home-made including our famous herb rolls and desserts. Dine by our roaring fire from our huge field stone fireplace and enjoy our beautiful mountain views.

Executive Chef Stephen Hatch is in his 14th season at the inn. He is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University and a native of Cape Cod. His recipes are published in cookbooks and also in our newsletter!

As a guest of the inn you get a four course dinner choosing from anything on our menu. Most house guests choose to have their dessert in the lounge by the wood stove or by the fireplace in the living room.
